OUR PROGRAMS

 

IKON is a strength & conditoning gym that promotes quality fitness, performance, injury prevention, and longevity.

Our main programs are as follows:

  • Olympic Lifting This track puts emphasis on improving snatches and clean & jerks. This track includes access to personalized programming 2-6 days/week and coaching hours throughout the week. 24/7 access is given to more advanced athletes.

  • Powerlifting The goal of this track is to improve squat, bench, deadlift. This track includes access to personalized programming 2-6 days/week and coaching hours throughout the week. 24/7 access is given to more advanced atheltes.

  • SWEAT A fast paced HIIT class that gets you all the necessities in 1 hour-long classes. These incorporate cardio, bodyweight movements, and weightlifting exercises into thoughtfully designed workouts. All programming is handled by Head SWEAT Coach Reno Nascimento.

  • Personal Training This option pairs you with one of our many personal trainers. We’ll help you find the one that best fits your personality and fitness goals! We have trainers that specialize in Olympic lifting, powerlifting, general fitness, injury prevention, aesthetics, and more!

  • Remote Programming This option is reserved for dedicated Olympic lifters/powerlifters that train off-site, but want the benefits of IKON programming. All programming will be done by Head Coach James Song.
