CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
WEIGHTLIFTING: Open class format geared toward Olympic lifting and powerlifting. Weightlifting members receive personalized programming and can come in at any time. A coach will be on the floor to assist you throughout your personalized workout during official weightlifting sessions.
CROSSFIT (SWEAT CLASS): Hour long HIIT classes that incorporate weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, and movement. The goal is to get the heart rate up and get a good sweat on. All classes are led by a certified coach.
USA CYCLING: 2 hour sessions for Team USA Cycling team.
MMA CONDITIONING: Hour long conditioning sessions designed specifically for professional and amateur MMA fighters. Classes restricted for those who have contracts and upcoming fights.
SEMINARS: Special seasonal classes (ex. Olympic lifting for Crossfiters, Fundamentals of Working Out, Functional Range Conditioning, etc)
